To all who are thinking about buying a property from nardia real estate in Spain . I would highly recommend this company they could not help enough from start to finish. The agent Tom, who is  also the owner, is very professional and he details everything in the purchase, the agent who we had point contact with most days was excellent too and a true asset to the company. They also helped with putting me in touch with a tax adviser for spanish non resident tax and purchasing inc attending the bank with me so it was all hassle free as my spanish is terrible and it was all translated for me. Thanks to Tom we have found our place under the sun. Already at our first meeting, we agreed with Tom's approach. No pushy sales pitch, we really listened to our wishes. You will of course not find the perfect match or house on 1-2-3. However, Tom was already able to filter the real estate market in order to unnecessarily view too many houses and only get to the really interesting houses. We could also count on Nardia to estimate any renovation costs. It is very helpful to have a contact person in your own language who will also inform you about the ins and outs of real estate in Spain. We therefore highly recommend Tom and Nardia team! Från det ögonblick som vi hade kontakt från Miryiam och Tom, till att flytta till vårt nya hem i Busot, visste vi att vi hade gjort rätt val med Nardia Real Estate Agency.
