A few months ago, we wanted to view a plot of land with a house in Finestrat. Pedro showed us around the next day and gave us a lot of useful information about the property, permits, and other matters that were important to us. It is nice to communicate with your real estate agent in Dutch. Tom then helped us with our NIE number, bank account, and further administrative matters that we knew nothing about at the time. There was a very pleasant, informal, and trustworthy collaboration with Tom and Pedro. When we had to go home the day before the transfer at the notary due to the death of my mother-in-law, Tom arranged everything here for us and the transfer went ahead as planned.
