Construction guidance
We personally support you throughout the entire off-plan build (6–18 months), helping with layouts, materials, finishes, and sending regular photo updates.

Non-residents can finance up to 70%, residents up to 80%. We work with specialist banks to make the process smooth and reliable.
After-sales care
Even after you receive the keys, we continue to help — connecting utilities, cleaning, internet/TV setup, and handling all practical matters.
