    14th August 2019

Benidorm  Property Is A Goldmine 11 million tourists visit  Benidorm  each year! Benidorm  is one of the most iconic tourist destinations for U.K residents with over 11 million tourists jumping on a plane to reach the sunny shores of  Benidorm , making it one of Spain's top holiday resorts.   With that many tourists visiting each year, hotels are typically going to be busy, so many people rely on renting out private apartments/penthouses for their holiday, with some people wanting to stay there for months at a time.   Benidorm  is highly popular for many reasons among tourists and those who spent various months in the city every year. Its prime location in the Costa Blanca guarantees beautiful weather in the summer months, there is an abundance of activities and entertainment to keep everyone smiling. With the water parks Aquanatura and Aqualandia, the zoos Terranatura and Mundomar, the Terramítica theme park, 3 beautiful 18-hole golf courses with affordable green fees and 2 small greens and a pitch and putt, boat trips to nearby coastal towns and islands, private charter yachts, scuba diving and many other outdoor activities year round available, meaning visitors of all kinds have a blast whilst in  Benidorm .   But, of course, you can’t hide the fact that  Benidorm  is largely popular down to its nightlife antics. From tribute bands of Queen, Rod Stewart, Adele through to live bands, to comedy shows and even the famous Sticky Vicky (maybe not a family experience). If there is one place you’re guaranteed to not get bored in the night, it’s  Benidorm . The energy just exudes out of every bar and nightclub meaning you can let your hair down and have a fun time. Based on research carried out in April 2019, the average monthly rent for properties that are 85 m2 (900  Sqft ) & located in a nicer area is €681 a month. Smaller units that are nicely furnished can yield as much as 780,- euros per month.   There are two routes to go down when renting out property in places like  Benidorm , you can rent them out on a long-term basis for 12 months and above and grant yourself security and consistency with the income. Or you can charge a higher price for your rent and place them for short-term rent on websites such as  Airbnb  where there is less security but profits can be dramatically higher.   Thanks to the  internets  ever-expanding resources it's easier than ever to reach customers with rental possibilities on platforms such as  Airbnb , where 1300 people on an average search for ‘ Airbnb   Benidorm ’ a month! That is a large number of potential customers who are seeking for an apartment to rent, as opposed to buying a property in a less popular location where the search volumes are dramatically less.   Benidorm  has this aura that brings people back year after year, so the chances are if someone has stayed in your apartment for their holiday and enjoyed themselves, they are highly likely to come back the next year & have repeat customers.
