To all who are thinking about buying a property from nardia real estate in Spain . I would highly recommend this company they could not help enough from start to finish. The agent Tom, who is  also the owner, is very professional and he details everything in the purchase, the agent who we had point contact with most days was excellent too and a true asset to the company. They also helped with putting me in touch with a tax adviser for spanish non resident tax and purchasing inc attending the bank with me so it was all hassle free as my spanish is terrible and it was all translated for me.
